My Apprenticeship Scheme means that I work as part of the Helpdesk Team, supporting the inspHire Office product. When I started at inspHire, I was given a mentor who I shadowed, when I knew enough about the product and had built my confidence, I started taking on my own cases, helping customers with technical issue or upgrades.
Nearing the end of my Apprenticeship Scheme now, I’m competent and manage a full workload. It’s important that I help all customers to the best of my ability, am considerate and listen carefully, working in a customer facing role has built my confidence and made me who I am today. I have been given the opportunity to work on exciting projects from the very start and working whilst completing my college work has taught me how to manage multiple tasks, it’s built me as a character and shown me how to prioritise my workload. I have learnt a lot working at inspHire and I know I can still learn a lot more!
The atmosphere here is fantastic and I enjoy coming to work every day. I get to work as part of a great team, everyone is knowledgeable and they’ve taught me a lot. I’ve been given loads of training and been supported from day one.
I hope to continue to develop my career at inspHire. As a growing company, there are loads of opportunities and doors are opening all the time. Long-term I would like to progress into development, but we’ll see what opportunities come my way.
