Here at inspHire we pride ourselves on being customer focussed, taking into account our customer's individual needs from the outset. First of all, we'll get to know your business, how you work and what your objectives are. We'll then provide you with an in depth, tailored demonstration showing you the relevant features and functionality that businesses like yours are already benefiting from. It will also give us an opportunity to discuss any questions you might have.
Implementation
Our experienced implementers will be on hand all the way through your project and you can rest assured knowing that they have done this hundreds of times with companies just like yours. We'll agree objectives, milestones and set a project plan so everyone knows who needs to do what, when and where so we can ensure deadlines are met for your Go-Live. Our team of knowledgeable trainers will then provide you with the practical lessons and training either at your premises or ours, whichever suits you.
Support
We are here to support you after your Go-Live. You will be assigned an Account Manager to help you get the most out of your solution, they will provide tips and advice on which new features will improve your processes, giving you the tools to do what you do better. Our Helpdesk, a dedicated team of Support Analysts are on hand by phone or email to give you assistance when you need it; we can share your screen and shadow you for that extra hands-on help. Our very own inspHire Customer Portal is available on line with Helpfiles, training videos and much more so you can access the information for yourself if you would prefer.
