As Project Delivery Analyst, you will work autonomously supporting Project Delivery Specialists through the implementation life cycle, offering support and assistance to customers as required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the PSG Ways of Working at all times.
- Conduct installations and server migrations as requested.
- Conduct PSG activities as requested by the Head of Professional Services.
- Attend site if it were deemed necessary.
- Manage open cases in line with team KPI’s.
- Ensure all project support is conducted in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide support and guidance for other departments as required.
- Utilise correct tools and processes as defined by the Head of Professional Services.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Essential:
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer service focused.
- Demonstrable experience in customer service.
- Problem-solving.
Desirable:
- Understanding of ERP systems and their delivery
- Experience with SQL Server databases.
- Experience with Crystal Reports.
- Business/commercial awareness
